11月24日，由华丽科技负责方案设计、设备供应和安装调试的泰国家畜项目一期2400头母猪场顺利交付。该项目由四栋分娩舍、两栋配种舍、两栋妊娠舍、一栋公猪舍、一栋后备舍、两栋隔离舍和四栋保育舍组成。投产运营后，年出栏可达60000头保育猪苗。
On November 24, the Thailand 2400 Sows Farm Project was successfully delivered. The project is designed by Huali, providing equipment supply, installation and commissioning for four farrowing houses, two mating houses, two gestation houses, one boar house, one gilt house, two quarantine houses and four nursery houses. After it is put into operation, it will produce up to 60,000 nursery piglets per year.

Excellent Structure, High Quality
1. 环控系统 Environmental Control System
采用了华丽自主研发的玻璃钢风机，风量大、运行平稳、使用寿命长。华丽拥有自主的风洞实验室，可对风机进行全性能测试，其精准度与BESS LAB偏差≤±1.5%。实验室为优化风机壳体、扇叶等提供了有力的数据支撑，使得华丽的风机参数在同行中名列前茅。
It adopts the FRP fan ,independently researched and developed by HUALI, which has large air volume, stable operation and long service life. HUALI has its own wind tunnel laboratory, which can perform full performance tests on fans, and its accuracy is less than or equal to ±1.5% compared to BESS LAB. The laboratory provides strong data support for optimizing the fan shell and fan blades, making the HUALI fan rank among the best in the industry.
2. 栏位系统 Penning System
项目妊娠舍采用了电子饲喂大栏群养系统，整套系统从荷兰进口，是体现动物福利养殖的重要设备。电子饲喂大栏每栏最多可养250头，有分离单元，可以将临近产期的怀孕母猪分离出来，无需人工挑选。其最大的优点是怀孕的母猪不再局限在定位栏内，可以自由活动，同时能根据每头母猪的耳标识别，自动调整每天的饲喂量，达到一个最佳的饲喂曲线，保证母猪体况最优节省了饲料成本。
The gestation house of the project adopts ESF system. The entire system is imported from the Netherlands, which is an important equipment for animal welfare breeding. The ESF system can raise up to 250 pigs per pen. There is a separation unit, which can separate pregnant sows close to the parturition period without manual selection. Its biggest advantage is that pregnant sows are no longer limited to the crates and can move freely. At the same time, they can automatically adjust the daily feeding amount according to the ear tag of each sow to achieve an optimal feeding curve. Ensure the optimal body condition of sows and save feed costs.
3. 料线系统 Feeding Line System
生物安全是目前很多养殖企业最关注的话题，华丽从客户需求出发，设计了"中央料塔+大塞盘"的输送方案，保证了饲料车不进场即可完成打料，大大降低了非瘟病毒的影响。华丽102mm塞盘系统传输能力强，每小时传输能力高达5吨，饲料传输平稳，链条磨损小，使用寿命长。全系统密封设计，全自动供料，提高生产效率，减少各种交叉感染。在保障生物防控的同时，实现整个猪场的高度自动化，在海外市场得到了客户的一致认可。
