一、水帘的工作原理
The Working Principle of Cooling Pad
对于水帘的工作原理人们常有一种错误的理解：水帘是通过冷水对空气冷却来降低进入猪舍空气温度的设备。
正确的理解：高温空气通过水帘，水帘中的水分受热蒸发，蒸发时吸收了空气中的热量，从而对干燥的热空气降温，变成湿润的冷空气进入舍内。
People often have a misunderstanding of the working principle of cooling pad: it cools the air through cold water to lower the temperature of the air entering the pig house.
The correct understanding is: High temperature air through the cooling pad, the water in the cooling pad has heat evaporation, evaporation absorbed the heat in the air, so as to cool the dry hot air, turn into wet cold air into the house.
水帘的工作原理是空气蒸发吸热，而绝非热传递，所以水温太低不利于水帘发挥作用。水帘的蒸发降温效果与通过水帘的风速、水温以及空气湿度有关：水帘结构设计不同，过帘风速要求也不同，一般15厘米厚度的水帘过帘风速2米/秒；水温不能太低，低温不易于蒸发，降温效果不佳；空气湿度太大甚至接近饱和就很难再容纳水分，也不易于水蒸发，降温效果同样会受影响。

猪场在使用水帘降温时，常会遇到的一些情况：水帘干湿不均、堵塞严重、水帘纸提前老化、水溢出水槽、水泵另一端的水帘纸变干或者出现条纹等。这些问题的产生大都是因为没有做好水帘的日常维护和保养，造成水帘纸使用寿命缩短，从而增加了猪场的运营成本。

夏天In Summer
夏天是水帘用的高频时期，需要做的日常维护工作包括如下几点：
1、调整好浮球阀
当水溢出水槽，或水槽处的水帘变软，就要考虑水量是否过多，当水量过多时要及时关闭水帘系统，水全部流入水槽后检查水位，调整浮球阀，将水位高度控制在距水帘纸底部2厘米左右。
2、沉淀物的冲洗
沉淀物主要是水蒸发后遗留在水帘纸上的矿物质，矿物质会增加水帘纸的重量，从而加剧水帘纸的塌落。那么如何处理水帘纸的矿物质呢？常规做法是检测水的pH值，当水的pH值大于8.5时，表明矿物质堆积过量，需要关闭水帘系统，并且在循环用水中加入除垢剂，冲洗水帘。还可以加入杀菌剂减少水帘纸中的藻类、细菌，切记不要用含氯的漂白剂，避免伤害水帘纸上的胶水。

1.Adjust the float ball valve

2.The washing of sediment
The sediment is mainly the minerals left on the cooling pad paper after the water evaporates, minerals will increase the weight of the cooling pad paper, thus aggravating the collapse of the cooling pad paper.
When is it needed to clean the paper minerals on the cooling pad?
The standard practice is to check the pH of the water, and when the pH of the water is above 8.5, it indicates that the mineral has been accumulated too much. At this time we need to close the cooling pad system, add scale remover in the circulating water, rinse the cooling pad. Fungicides can also be added to reduce the algae and bacteria in cooling pad.
Here is a reminder not to use chlorine bleach to avoid damaging the glue on the cooling pad.
冬天In Winter
1、入冬后，要关闭水帘供水并排空系统内残留的水。除此之外，还要将水泵拆下来，放入室内存放。
2、加装防鼠网并在水帘的下部喷洒灭鼠药。
