天心堰5300头母猪场即将交付生产,大牧人作为该项目的EPC设备供应商,负责全场的规划设计包括施工图以及栏位系统、环控系统、饲喂系统、给水系统、照明系统、高压冲洗系统等设备的设计与施工,将设备与建筑有机结合的设计理念贯穿始终。

 

The project of Xiangjia Tianxinyan Taimiao farm with a scale of 5300 sows is about to be delivered for production. As the equipment supplier of this project, Big Herdsman is responsible for the design and construction of the environmental control system, feeding system, water supply system, illuminating system and high-pressure washing system of the project. The design concept of combining equipment and building organically runs through the whole process. 

 

1.冬季垂直通风,精准调控

 

Winter ventilation, precisely control & air preheating

 

猪场

 

舍外新风经檐底进气口进入猪舍吊顶内,由动力驱动型吊顶通风窗为猪舍提供新风,新风经过吊顶内与舍内两次预热,同时由吊顶进风窗调整进风角度,避免了冬季通风对猪只造成的冷应激。

 

The fresh air enters into the ceiling of the pig house through the vent opening in eaves soffit in winter. The power driven ceiling ventilation window provides fresh air for the pig house. The fresh air is preheated twice through the ceiling and house to avoid the cold stress caused by the ventilation in winter.

 

2.饲料中转,安全高效

 

Feed transfer, safe and efficient

 

饲料中转

 

集中料塔位于场区外围墙以内,饲料车将饲料卸至集中料塔内,采用219硬绞龙上料机配合场内饲料车的中转方式,将饲料运送至舍边料塔。这种送料方式与气动、塞盘等集中供料方式异曲同工,旨在避免场外饲料车直接进场造成的交叉感染风险,尤其适用于地形复杂、猪舍分布较为分散的猪场。

 

The centralized feeding tower is located within the enclosure outside the yard. The feed truck will unload the feed into the centralized feeding tower, and the 219 hard auger feeder will be used in combination with the feed truck in the yard to transfer the feed to the shed side feeding tower. This kind of feeding mode is similar to pneumatic and plug plate feeding mode in order to avoid the risk of cross infection caused by the direct entry of off-site feed trucks. It is especially suitable for pig farms with complex terrain and scattered distribution of pig houses.

 

3.智能控制,便捷操作

智能控制

 

通过对猪舍温度,湿度,饲喂情况数等指标进行实时监控,利用物联网系统,搭建数字化管理体系,能够有效节省人工成本,记录储存的生产数据可用于分析来辅助养殖者对生产计划进行决策和调整。

 

The swine building can monitor temperature, humidity and feeding situation in real time, using Internet of things system, so that we can build a digital management system to save labor costs effectively. Farmers can make decisions and adjustments by analyzing these data.

 

4.双层门斗,有效防非

双层门斗

 

在猪舍风机端设置死淘猪暂存间,采用双层门结构,舍内工作人员将死淘猪、胎衣、医疗器械废弃物等放置于暂存间,由场区生物安全员将其运送至无害化处理中心。该设计有效避免场区污道与猪舍交叉污染的风险,提高场区的生物防控等级。

 

A temporary storage room is set up at the end of the fan in the piggery with a double-door structure. The staff in the barn will place dead pigs, fetal clothes and medical equipment waste in the temporary storage room, and the biosafety workers will transport them to the harmless treatment center. The design can effectively avoid the risk of cross-contamination between the sewage and piggery and improve the biological control level of the farm.
